STANDARD OF BARISTA

따옴표All staff, working at Paul Bassett, is professional barista and extracts coffee by being initiated into the skills and knowhow of Paul Bassett, world barista champion. After becoming staff, he/she learns work for per position for over three months and can extract his/her first coffee depending on workmanship.
