The project of Shinsegae Central City, where youth dreams come true, and the first shop of youth coffee lab. You can see Barista's unique menu of young people selected once every six months at Youth Coffee Lab.
Youth Coffee Lab is an incubating space for young people who dream of starting a cafe, Shinsegae Central City joins hands with the Korea Coffee Association, Seoul Food Startup Center, and Social Solidarity Bank, and supports store operation mentoring, service, menu development, and even real-time businesses.
Youth Coffee Lab selected barista, full of passion for coffee and cafe start-ups, as a tricky selection criterion, to create space together. The first generation of young men, Shin Eun-soo, is a young man with multiple coffee licenses as well as years of barista experience. Signature menus featuring coffee and creative recipes from its own blend beans, developed by Shin Eun-soo Barista, are available at Youth Coffee Lab.
